What can I export?
Pro subscribers can export the combined stage plot and I/O PDF, an I/O-only PDF in portrait or landscape, a standalone Backline PDF, ATA Carnet General List and CBP 4457 manifest documents as PDF or CSV, setlist PDFs in stage-copy or full-sheet layouts, a print-ready HTML page, and a CSV channel list. .spv project files can be saved and loaded on any plan.
How does the Backline list work?
Place instruments and amps on the canvas and StageplotVision appends suggested Backline rows automatically, de-duplicated per element. Edit item, make, model, size, quantity, and notes inline. Drum kits expand into Shells, Hardware, and Cymbals sub-groups, or define a custom kit piece by piece with its own mics, DIs, and stands. Pro users can save the list as a cloud preset and import an existing gear list with a copy-paste AI prompt flow.
What is the customs Manifest module?
A customs gear manifest built from the plot you already have. Seed rows from your backline, I/O list, and canvas, then add serials, weights, values, and countries of origin. Catalog street values and weights prefill common mics, DIs, and consoles. Export an ATA Carnet General List or a CBP Form 4457 attachment, each as PDF or CSV. Rows seeded from the I/O list stay in sync when you swap a mic.
How do setlists work?
Each artist gets a reusable song library and any number of setlists. Build sets with sections like Set 1 and Encore, drag songs into order, and pick keys from a combobox. Print a big-type stage copy or a full sheet, export a PDF, or import an existing setlist from a .docx or .pdf file. You can invite a music director to edit that artist's setlists and day sheets for free, with a read-only view of the artist's plots.
What is a day sheet?
A per-show day sheet filed under the artist: event name, date, and city up top, a contacts block with roles like TM, PM, Production, and Hospitality, and a schedule of time, item, and notes rows. Fill it in by hand or import an existing sheet with a copy-paste prompt flow. Print or export a clean PDF, and share a read-only live link that updates as you edit.
Can my team edit setlists and day sheets for free?
Yes. Co-editing setlists and day sheets is free for the people you invite. As a Pro owner, invite a collaborator by email and scope them to one artist. They only need a free StagePlot Vision account to accept. Invited editors can edit every setlist and day sheet for that artist and view the artist's plots read-only, never your plot editor. Revoke access any time.
Can someone edit a plot with me?
Yes. A plot owner on Pro can invite another Pro user by email to co-edit a plot. It appears under Shared with me, a presence indicator shows who is currently editing, and a newer-version notice warns before you overwrite someone else's save. The owner can revoke access at any time.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After the app loads, local editing, browser auto-save, and .spv file save/load all work without a network connection. Cloud save and sync require network access.
Can I use it on mobile or tablet?
Yes. StageplotVision has touch-optimized layouts for mobile and tablet with pinch-to-zoom, a floating instrument picker, a bottom-sheet I/O panel, and long-press context menus. Setlists get a read-only phone view. Desktop gives the most room for complex plots.
Does it support feet and meters?
Yes. Toggle between US (feet, 120V) and EU (meters, 240V) at any time. Stage dimensions, grid sizes, riser measurements, and power outlet icons all update automatically.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, any time. In the app, open your account menu and choose Manage Billing, which opens the secure Stripe portal where you can update your card, switch monthly/annual, or cancel. Your cloud plots stay accessible, and access continues until the end of the paid period before reverting to Free.
Is there a free trial, and when am I charged?
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed at all. After the trial, your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds. The 14-day free trial gives you full access to every Pro feature before you're ever charged. No credit card is required to start. After the trial you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of your paid period.
